As the Store Supervisor at Pinkies Gelato & Coffee Bali, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, leading training sessions, maintaining store cleanliness and aesthetics, and addressing any operational challenges. You will also be tasked with enhancing customer experiences through effective communication and engaging displays, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a positive, collaborative environment will be crucial in supporting our ongoing growth and success.
We are seeking candidates who are motivated, detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality. A strong educational background of SMA/SMK level is required, and we value candidates with between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Ideal candidates will possess a diverse skill set, including customer service, store display, store management, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, effective communication, time management, and a solid understanding of store activity and operation.
