Store Supervisor (FOH) – Moos Cafe

About Moos

We’re looking for a Store Supervisor (FOH) who enjoys working with people, loves hospitality, and can keep the team moving when the café gets busy.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the FOH team during daily shifts.
Make sure our guests receive friendly, fast, and great service and hospitality.
Brief and coach the team to deliver Moos' service standards.
Keep an eye on the floor — service flow, cleanliness, ambience, and guest experience.
Handle customer feedback and solve problems on the spot.
Coordinate with the BOH team to keep service running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
Experience as a Supervisor, Captain, or Shift Leader is a plus.
A natural people person who enjoys leading a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Calm, proactive, and hands-on.
Passionate about creating a great customer experience.
