- Responsible for monitoring & reporting related to outlet operational activities to Area Manager/Operational Manager
- Responsible for petty cash, sales reports, and outlet operational efficiency
- Responsible for SOP / company regulations to run well
- Have a strong desire to increase sales on the basis of Quality, Service, & Cleanliness
- Evaluating marketing programs implemented at outlets
- Responsible for HR administration activities at the outlet
- Responsible for sales target strategy and labour cost
