Store Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or a similar role.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and problem-solving oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and be placed at any company operational location.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily store operations in accordance with company SOPs.
• Lead & evaluate store teams to achieve sales targets & service excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, product displays, and store cleanliness.
• Serve Mandarin-speaking customers and maintain relationships with agents and tour leaders.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and train team members.
