Store Supervisor - Coffee Shop

Requirements :

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Management, or a related field
2. 2–3 years of experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry, experience as a Supervisor in any Resto is preferred
3. Strong understanding of operational SOPs, service standards, and food safety & hygiene
4. Good knowledge of coffee, including basic brewing methods and product quality standards
5. Ability to lead and supervise teams, manage work schedules, and ensure daily operations run according to standards
6. Capable in administrative work, including paperwork, documentation, and simple reporting
7. Good communication skills, firm, responsible, and professional
8. Disciplined, high integrity, and strong problem-solving skills
