Requirement:
- Max. 40 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Passionate about high-end luxury retail sales with appreciation for product quality, service excellence, and all the related aspects.
- 2 years of leadership or managerial experience with an emphasis on sales as well as motivating and developing staff or teams
- Responsible, accountable, and highly dedicated.
- Comfortable performing under pressure.
- Able to think strategically, make quick, sound decisions, and put in place the proper business actions.
- Possessing good sales skills and MS Excel knowledge is required.
- Excellent networking and client development skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa (Mandarin is a plus)
- Willing to be placed in Bali.
- Willing to work mall hours.
Resposibility:
- Responsible for ensuring the boutique achieves its sales plan and profitability targets.
- Responsible for the performance of his/her retail team.
- Develop a boutique business plan, including marketing and promotional strategies.
- Be able to drive traffic to the boutique in order to develop and grow the clientele base.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as set forth by the brand.
- Demonstrate leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor.
- Be able to resolve all clients’ concerns regarding sales.
- Drive CRM activity among the individual team members, ensuring clients are being cultivated according to their potential.
- Create a supportive environment and continuously motivate and empower sales staff to meet assigned goals.
- Supervise team activities according to company procedures and policies.
