Job description for Store Staff (URS) at PT Prismas Jamintara
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations.
- Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns).
- Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures.
- Organize shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy.
- Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standards.
Essentials Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree with min. GPA 3.00 (Preferred).
- Work experiences, prefereably in fashion retail.
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed.
