Job description for Store Manager at RIGGI Chicken
Responsibilities:
- Lead the store’s daily operations efficiently to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Analyze daily sales data to develop strategies for sales improvement and promptly provide solutions to any operational issues that arise in the store.
- Manage all administrative documentation, daily/monthly financial reports, POS systems, and inventory records accurately and systematically.
- Prepare effective crew work schedules and train team members to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor stock availability, place timely orders, and minimize excessive product usage and wastage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or other spreadsheet applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze sales data.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Target-oriented with proven ability to work toward and achieve sales targets.
- Willing to work flexible schedules and be assigned to locations based on operational requirements.
- Available to join in the near future and willing to undergo training at the Head Office (HO) in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.
- Willing to be placed at any location as required by the Company’s operational needs.
