Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive store revenue by setting sales targets and implementing strategies to achieve KPIs
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff. Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, professional work environment.
- Customer Excellence: Ensure the team provides top-tier service.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, oversee deliveries, and minimize shrinkage through rigorous auditing.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor performance, analyze sales data, and implement improvements strategies
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong and long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and partners.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure reports and data are accurate.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays).
