Job description for Store Manager at M&G Life

Tanggung Jawab :

Membantu mencapai target penjualan toko
Mengawasi dan mengarahkan tim sales
Mengelola stok dan memastikan ketersediaan barang
Memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan
Mendukung operasional harian toko
Menjaga kebersihan dan tampilan toko
Menjalankan program promosi
Membuat laporan penjualan dan aktivitas toko

Kualifikasi :

Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di retail (Supervisor diutamakan)
Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK (D3 lebih disukai)
Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan komunikasi yang baik
Customer service oriented dan problem solving
Familiar dengan POS/kasir
Bisa Bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah
Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
