Job description for Store Manager at RIGGI Chicken
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new store opening preparation, team building and staff training
2. Implement instructions from headquarters: communicate and fully execute company policies, regulations and operation manuals to ensure consistent implementation of standards.
3. Oversee overall daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory ordering, employee recruitment and training, product quality control and cost control, to ensure smooth store operation and high customer satisfaction.
4. Lead the restaurant team, communicate business objectives, clarify action plans and track progress in real time to achieve the company's revenue and profit targets.
5. Foster a positive and supportive working atmosphere and maintain active communication with employees.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: University degree or above.
2. Experience: Prefer candidates with working experience in KFC, CFC, A&W, Wingstop, Richeese, or at least 1-2 years of working experience in a chain fast-food
3. Competencies: Strong organization and management skills; able to lead the team to strictly follow operational and service standards; responsible, outgoing and proactive; with strong execution ability and team management awareness.
