Tanggung Jawab:

1. Bertanggung jawab atas sales outlet dalam hal penjualan, bertanggung jawab atas apa yg terjadi di operational outlet

2. Memberikan standar, strategi, dan inisiatif perusahaan untuk mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan

3. Mencapai target penjualan toko dengan memaksimalkan keuntungan, meminimalkan biaya dan mengelola anggaran tenaga kerja

4. Evaluasi pekerjaan , report absensi staff, report promo yang sedang running ke tim marketing.

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal SMK/SMA, diutamakan D3/S1 Jurusan Perhotelan, Tata Boga & Pariwisata

2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun diposisi yang sama pada Industry retail F&B

3. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat (leadership), menguasai teknologi digital saat ini, dan memahami bisnis proses industry retail F&B

4. Bersedia ditempatkan di The Harvest Balikpapan
