Job description for Store Manager at Kicks Catalog (PT Katalog Sepatu Indonesia)
Task & Responsibility:
- Ensure daily store operations run smoothly, including opening and closing procedures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Motivate them to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Ensure excellent in-store customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and improve customer retention.
- Ensure the store layout and displays align with brand standards and attract customers.
- Prepare and present sales, operational, and team performance reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standars, and legal regulations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in Sneakers store operations, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
