PT. Sembilan Ohm Sembilan is a retail company operating in the fashion industry. We are the official distributor for the following brands: Melissa, Zaxy, Ipanema, Fred Perry, Nudie Jeans, Superga, 707 Store, Standard Denim, Art N Science, Carhartt, On, Stanley, and Atmos Indonesia.
We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Store Manager Penempatan Bali
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure store operations run smoothly in accordance with SOPs.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently maintained.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager in retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
