Store Manager Restoran, Bandung

Tentang Posisi

Kami mencari Store Manager untuk memimpin operasional restoran kami di Bandung. Tahap awal, kamu akan memegang 1 cabang, dan ke depannya berpeluang mengelola seluruh cabang seiring pertumbuhan bisnis.

Tanggung Jawab

Mengawasi dan mengontrol operasional harian toko agar berjalan lancar
Menjaga konsistensi kualitas makanan dan minuman sesuai standar
Memastikan SOP dijalankan dengan disiplin oleh seluruh tim
Mengeksekusi campaign dan program promosi di level toko
Memimpin dan mengarahkan 2 tim (Bar dan Kitchen), sekitar 4-5 orang per tim
Melaporkan kondisi operasional kepada manajemen secara berkala

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3 (semua jurusan)
Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun sebagai Store Manager di bidang F&B
Pernah memimpin tim dan memahami operasional bar dan kitchen
Memahami standar kualitas makanan dan SOP operasional F&B
Mampu mengeksekusi campaign dan memantau hasilnya di lapangan
Tegas, komunikatif, dan bertanggung jawab
Berdomisili di Bandung atau bersedia bekerja di Bandung

Detail Kerja

Lokasi: Bandung

Jadwal: 6 hari kerja, 1 hari libur di hari kerja (weekday)

Jam kerja: fleksibel menyesuaikan kebutuhan operasional
