Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the venue to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- Ensure all operational procedures, safety standards, and company SOP are consistently implemented.
- Monitor cleanliness, equipment functionality and overall venue readiness.
- Handle operational issues and make quick decisions to maintain service quality.
- Ensure every customer receives an outstanding entertainment experience.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to increase visitor traffic.
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree in any major.
2. Min 3 years of experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Operational Manager or equivalent.
3. Experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality, family recreation or F&B industry is preferred.
4. Strong leadership and team management skill.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
6. Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
7. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
8. English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.
9. Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
