Lokasi: Tangerang Selatan

Job Description :

Mengawasi dan memastikan operasional harian toko berjalan lancar, baik untuk penjualan offline maupun online
Melakukan monitoring penjualan serta performa marketplace secara rutin
Mengatur jadwal kerja tim dan memastikan operasional berjalan optimal
Mengontrol stok barang serta berkoordinasi dengan tim purchasing terkait kebutuhan restock
Memastikan ketersediaan produk dan akurasi data inventory
Menangani komplain pelanggan yang memerlukan eskalasi dan memberikan solusi yang tepat
Membuat laporan harian dan mingguan terkait penjualan, stok, dan operasional toko
Membantu operasional toko secara langsung saat kondisi ramai atau dibutuhkan
Memastikan target penjualan harian dan bulanan tercapai
Melakukan evaluasi performa tim secara rutin serta memberikan arahan dan pembinaan
Memastikan display produk di toko selalu rapi, menarik, dan sesuai standar perusahaan
Bertanggung jawab atas keamanan kas, stok, dan aset toko
Memastikan kebersihan dan kenyamanan area toko tetap terjaga
Berkoordinasi dengan manajemen terkait strategi penjualan dan operasional toko

Job Requirement:

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (diutamakan D3/S1)
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun sebagai Store Leader, Supervisor, atau Store Manager di bidang retail
Memahami operasional toko offline dan online marketplace
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik
Mampu mengatur tim, jadwal kerja, dan operasional harian dengan efektif
Terbiasa melakukan monitoring penjualan dan analisa performa store
Memahami stock management dan koordinasi purchasing
Mampu mengoperasikan laptop/komputer, terutama Microsoft Excel dan sistem POS/marketplace
Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan pembuatan laporan yang baik
Tegas, disiplin, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan berorientasi pada target
Bersedia bekerja shift, termasuk weekend dan hari libur jika diperlukan
