Store Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage offline stores operations and processess.
• Develop and implement business strategies to promote the store and enhance profitability.
• Hire, train, and supervise Sales Assistants in customer service and product promotions.
• Address and resolve problems that may arise at the shop, handling all customer complaints professionally.
• Arrange and manage the shift schedule to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours
• Prepare and present monthly sales revenue reports to management.
• Manage all aspects of store operations effectively and efficiently.
• Updating daily sales revenue in Ms. Excel
• Monitor and manage stock levels across all stores to ensure optimal inventory
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (S1)
• Proven experience in Fashion Retail industry for minimum of 3 years
• Experienced as Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager for minimum of 3 years
• Proficient in Ms. Office and Google Workspace
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, particularly in a multi-store.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities
