Job description for Store Manager at PT Kreasi Indah Alam

TUGAS & TANGGUNGJAWAB:

- Bertanggungjawab terhadap operasional toko dan pencapaian target penjualan

- Memastikan display barang dan stok barang selalu tersedia

- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan toko

- Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan yang berkaitan dengan penjualan

- Memberikan training rutin untuk mendukung kinerja Sales Promotion, dan memonitor serta melakukan evaluasi kinerja Sales Promotion

KUALIFIKASI:

- Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan

- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama, diutamakan dari bidang retail/kosmetik

- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kota Jakarta & Makassar

- Diutamakan mampu berbahasa Inggris

- Memiliki Leadership dan Problem Solving yang baik

- Memiliki kemampuan menjual, dan berorientasi pada target

- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik

- Bersedia bekerja shifting dan masuk pada hari Sabtu, Minggu, serta hari libur nasional
