Salary: IDR 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 / month
Working Hours: Full-time, retail schedule (weekend/holiday availability required during store activities)
Language Requirements: Fluent business Indonesian required. Mandarin or English is a plus, not required.
COCOUP provides integrated office furniture and workspace solutions for corporate clients across Indonesia. We're looking for a Store Manager to run a COCOUP store/showroom as a full business unit — owning sales performance, team execution, and the end-to-end customer experience from first visit to after-sales.
Responsibilities:
- Own store sales targets and break them down into weekly, daily, and individual goals; track leads, visits, quotations, transactions, and gross margin.
- Manage leads from ads, short video, livestream, WhatsApp, external channels, and walk-ins, ensuring timely first contact and follow-up.
- Run structured customer consultations (city, office size, headcount, budget, timeline, decision-maker) and guide customers through store visits, site surveys, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, daily briefings, sales simulations, and performance/succession planning.
- Oversee product display, store image, pricing accuracy, promotional materials, and the security of samples, inventory, and store assets.
- Ensure clean handover from sales to the delivery team, with all commitments logged in the system.
- Handle complaints and after-sales escalations to resolution; drive reviews, case-study permissions, repeat purchases, and referrals.
- Support store-based livestreams, short video shoots, store openings, and corporate/designer events.
- Submit daily/weekly reports and improvement plans; all data must be traceable in the system.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/D3 (strong track record may substitute).
- 3+ years managing a retail store, showroom, or sales team; experience in office furniture, home furnishing, building materials, interior, automotive, or high-value retail is a plus.
- Proven experience training a team, managing targets, and personally closing deals.
- Comfortable working with floor plans, product catalogs, and quotation logic.
- Skilled with WhatsApp, Excel/spreadsheets, and CRM/OA tools; comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- Honest and disciplined no unauthorized promises on pricing, payment terms, delivery, or service.
Preferred:
- Experience opening a new store, launching a store, turning around underperforming store performance, or managing multiple cities.
- Existing network of corporate clients, designers, interior contractors, or local business channels.
- Experience directing livestream, short video, or events that convert into store visits.
