Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales
growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is responsible for optimizing store performance, increasing revenue, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and revenue.
● Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and high service standards.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
● Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
● Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
● Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and cost management.
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
● Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
● Minimum 2 years of experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
● Proven track record of boosting sales and improving store performance.
● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
