Qualifications :
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Store/Outlet Manager in hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and oversee daily store operations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written).
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during events.
- Passionate about korean/italian/lifestyle restaurant is a plus.
