Qualifications :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store/Outlet Manager, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proven experience leading and managing large teams, with strong leadership and people-management skills to motivate, develop, and maintain team performance.
- Hands-on experience managing dine-in restaurant operations, including daily service, customer experience, and team coordination.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational excellence.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, cost control, and restaurant operational standards.
- Excellent customer service orientation with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and oversee daily store/restaurant operations effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Flexible and willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during events.
- Passionate about the Japanese restaurant/F&B industry is a strong plus.
