Job description for Store Manager (Davespace Caffe) at Karya Anugrah Teknologi

Job Description

Mengelola operasional outlet harian.
Memimpin dan mengawasi tim outlet.
Menyusun jadwal kerja (shift) karyawan.
Memastikan kualitas produk dan pelayanan sesuai SOP.
Mengontrol stok bahan baku dan melakukan stock opname.
Membuat laporan penjualan dan operasional harian.
Menangani keluhan pelanggan secara profesional.
Mampu memperluas jaringan penjualan melalui kolaborasi.
Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan outlet (strategi marketing).
Memastikan kebersihan dan kerapihan outlet.

Requirements

Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun.
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang F&B.
Pengalaman sebagai Supervisor, Captain, atau Head Store menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
Mampu mengelola tim dan menyelesaikan masalah.
Memahami dan mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung operasional dan pemasaran outlet.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel).
Teliti, disiplin, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab.
Bersedia bekerja secara shifting, weekend, dan hari libur.
Berdomisili di Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya menjadi nilai tambah.
