About the Role
We are looking for experienced and highly driven Store Leaders to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, deliver excellent customer experience, and ensure smooth operational performance. This role is responsible for sales performance, cost control, inventory accuracy, and maintaining brand standards.
Location: Mal Bali Galeria , Beachwalk Shopping Center
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar/relevant position with 5+ years experience in F&B/Retail/Service industry
- Excellent understanding in store operations management, sales target achievement, breakdown & reporting, forecasting & analysis of product, COGS control, and team management
- Strong leadership & team coaching, and supervise staff performance while maintaining integrity and discipline.
- Passionate in delivering high-quality service, resolve customer issues promptly, and maintain a customer-focused environment.
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and professional brand representation.
- Problem solving & decision making
- Min SMA/SMK, hospitality or tourism major is preferred
What You'll Do:
- Store operations management (daily operations, opening/closing procedures)
- Sales achievement, breakdown, monitoring & reporting (daily–monthly)
- Inventory & stock forecast & control (GR/ GI, waste, raw material planning)
- Cost Control (COGS (Waste & Production), Labor Cost)
- Product knowledge (F&B items, shelf life, service standards)
- POS operation
- Basic machine/equipment operation
- Staff scheduling & performance supervision
- Administrative reporting (attendance, sales, inventory)
