Store Leader / Supervisor — Rumah Talas (Bogor)
Role Summary
Lead daily store operations to hit sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service, strong team discipline, and perfect product display/availability. Own shift execution, cash control, and store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Store Performance: deliver daily/weekly sales targets, upselling execution, promo implementation, and store action plans.
- Customer Experience: ensure fast, friendly service; handle complaints and service recovery; maintain brand standards.
- Team Leadership: manage roster, briefings, task assignment, coaching, discipline, and performance follow-up.
- Store Operations: opening/closing checklist, SOP compliance, cleanliness, hygiene, and store readiness every shift.
- Cashier & Cash Control: cash handling standards, cash reconciliation, void/refund control, and incident reporting.
- Product Availability & Display: ensure product replenishment, FIFO/FEFO, expiry control, display merchandising, and shrink prevention.
- Stock & Receiving Coordination: coordinate receiving/stock movements, stock accuracy support, and stock opname/cycle count readiness.
- Reporting: daily sales report, incident log, staff issues, and improvement notes to management.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
- 2–4+ years as Store Supervisor/Leader in retail/F&B
- Strong leadership, service mindset, and ability to run a busy shift.
- Solid cash handling discipline and basic inventory/expiry control knowledge.
- Comfortable with POS systems; able to produce simple daily reports.
- Hands-on, reliable, and target-driven.
