Citaria is currently supporting our client, Trans Studio Mini, in recruiting an experienced and customer-focused Store Leader to manage daily operations and lead the on-site team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and a fun, high-quality experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient activities.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure all attractions, equipment, and facilities comply with safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Monitor operational performance, including service quality and revenue targets.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure implementation of company SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with head office and support departments for reporting and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or service operations.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or store management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to safety and service quality.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in theme park or family entertainment operations is a strong advantage.
