Job Description:

Meningkatkan sales store dan mencapai target sales
Melayani customer dan handling customer compain
Memastikan seluruh SOP store dijalankan
Memimpin seluruh tim di store, membuat jadwal mingguan, coaching tim di store
Membuat dan bertanggung jawab atas daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

Kualifikasi:

Usia maksimal 35 tahun
Pendidikan minimum SMA/SMK/Sederajat
Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor di bidang Retail
Diutamakan yang berpengalaman di bidang FnB (Food & Beverages), Restaurant, Coffee Shop
Memiliki kemampuan sales yang baik dan berorientasi pada target penjualan.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan customer service yang baik
Memiliki kemampuan untuk memimpin/leadership tim dan manajemen tim
Inisiatif tinggi dan memiliki passion dalam bidang FnB
Bersedia bekerja dalam shifting dan weekend/Public Holiday
