📋 Job Desk

Memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh operasional harian cafe
Mengkoordinasi tim service, cashier, barista, dan pastry
Memastikan pelayanan pelanggan berjalan maksimal
Mengelola stok bahan baku & inventaris
Melakukan pengecekan kualitas produk & kebersihan
Membuat laporan penjualan & keuangan harian
Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan solutif
Melakukan pelatihan & evaluasi kinerja tim

✅ Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan Manajemen/Hospitality)
Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai Supervisor / Store Leader di F&B / cafe / restoran
Mampu memimpin tim minimal 10 orang
Menguasai operasional cafe (service, kasir, barista, pastry dasar)
Memahami target penjualan & strategi pencapaian
Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
Komunikatif & memiliki leadership yang baik
Bisa bekerja shift & akhir pekan
