Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Memastikan pelayanan customer berjalan dengan baik.

Memastikan pengetahuan atau informasi mengenai produk tersampaikan dengan baik kepada customer.

Bertanggung jawab akan penyajian produk kepada customer.

Memberi pelatihan kepada karyawan store yang baru.

Membuat laporan penjualan store.

Membuat jadwal kerja Barista.

Berkoordinasi dengan Divisi Operasional terkait promo produk.

Bertanggung jawab atas bahan baku pada store (masa kadaluarsa, kualitas, kuantitas, penyimpanan, dan pengorderan).

Melakukan input transfer in/ out ke dalam sistem.

Bertanggung jawab atas inventory stock opname.

Mengelola petty cash store.

Tracking dan presentasi sales analysis.

Kriteria:

Pendidikan minimal SMA atau sederajat.

Diutamakan usia 23-25 tahun.

Berpengalaman sebagai Barista dan minimal 1 tahun sebagai Store Leader/ Supervisor.

Memiliki kemampuan administrasi terkait store.

Leadership.

Berpenampilan rapi.

Berorientasi pada pelayanan dan pelanggan.

Bersedia bekerja 6 hari/ minggu dengan waktu fleksibel (Sabtu, Minggu, Hari Libur Nasional, serta Shift Pagi atau Malam).

Memiliki kendaraan pribadi akan menjadi nilai tambah.

Bersedia di tempatkan di Tangerang/ Jakarta.

Bersedia mengikuti training di Kantor Pusat, Greenlake City, Kota Tangerang.
