Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (semua jurusan).
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Store Leader / Store Manager / Restaurant Manager di bidang FnB (diutamakan dari industri coffee shop).
Wajib menguasai manajemen finansial outlet (analisis laba/rugi, perhitungan HPP, pengontrolan labor cost, dan inventaris).
Memahami operasional FnB secara menyeluruh serta mampu menganalisis data penjualan.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, analytical thinking, dan problem solving.
Berintegritas, jujur, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan detail oriented.
