Job description for Store Keeper at PT Mahakarya Gaya Anugerah (Ambrosia Privat Club & Lounge)
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Staff, or similar role, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, café, or hospitality industry.
- Familiar with inventory management, stock receiving, and stock issuance processes.
- Understand FIFO/FEFO and proper storage procedures for food and beverages.
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel for inventory recording and reporting.
- Familiar with POS or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate stock records.
- Physically fit and able to lift or move stock when required.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if needed.
Job Descriptions:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure the quantity and quality match the purchase order and delivery note.
- Organize and store all food, beverage, and operational supplies properly.
- Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately in the inventory system.
- Prepare and issue requested items to Kitchen, Bar, and other departments.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock or fast-moving items.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock opname.
- Check expiry dates and ensure FIFO/FEFO procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing items.
