Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales and promotion strategies for merchandise, souvenirs, ticket bundles, and special events.
- Plan activations in various areas (lobby, retail shop, outdoor booths, partner events, etc.).
- Set clear sales targets and monitor team achievement.
- Monitor the team’s interaction with visitors to ensure excellent service and engagement.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and compare results with targets.
- Analyze trends, identify issues, and recommend improvement actions.
- Prepare sales and promotional performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure the team delivers warm, informative, and engaging service to guests.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand consistency across promotional areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Marketing, Management, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales promotion, merchandising, or event marketing (experience in attractions, retail, or hospitality is a plus).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good understanding of sales reporting and basic data analysis.
- High sense of visual and branding awareness.
