Job description for Store Customer Service at Kicks Catalog (PT Katalog Sepatu Indonesia)

Task & Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customer in-store, providing product information and recommendations.
  • Handle online inquiries, provide product details, resolve issues, and process orders via chat platforms.
  • Promote products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is displayed neatly.
  • Address customer complaints both in-store and online promptly and professionally.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the point of sale.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and other teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimun of 1 year in sneakers or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms, POS systems, and basic computer skills
