Task & Responsibility
- Greet and assist customer in-store, providing product information and recommendations.
- Handle online inquiries, provide product details, resolve issues, and process orders via chat platforms.
- Promote products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is displayed neatly.
- Address customer complaints both in-store and online promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and other teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimun of 1 year in sneakers or customer service roles
- Proficiency in using chat platforms, POS systems, and basic computer skills
- Customer service orientation
- Good communication and multitasking
