Job Description

Melayani pelanggan di toko secara langsung (offline) sekaligus membantu merespons chat dan diskusi produk di Marketplace (online).
Tampil sebagai host live streaming untuk mempromosikan produk dan meningkatkan penjualan di store offline dan online.
Berperan sebagai kasir untuk transaksi toko, serta membantu memproses pesanan online (cetak resi).
Menata display toko agar menarik serta melakukan stock opname rutin untuk memastikan akurasi stok fisik dengan data di sistem/marketplace sesuai.
Menjaga kebersihan area toko, disiplin pada jadwal shift, dan memastikan standar pelayanan Hikemore terjaga di semua channel.

Job Requirements

Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK. Diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman di Retail offline dan Admin Marketplace.
Percaya diri berbicara di depan kamera (Live) dan memiliki tata bahasa yang baik untuk membalas chat pelanggan online.
Menguasai komputer dasar (Ms. Office), dan familiar dengan sistem Marketplace (Shopee/Tokopedia/TikTok).
Mampu multitasking (menangani tamu toko offline sambil memantau toko online) dan bersedia bekerja shift.
Teliti, jujur, dan bersedia untuk bekerja di Hikemore Store (Margonda, Depok)
