Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Tata Boga atau setara

• Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di posisi kitchen leadership (Asst. Store Chef/CDP) di Japanese restoran

• Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang kuat dan mampu mengelola tim kitchen

• Memahami standar kualitas makanan, hygiene, food safety, dan HACCP

• Terbiasa mengontrol food cost, waste, dan efisiensi operasional

• Mampu melakukan training, coaching, dan evaluasi kinerja tim

• Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki problem solving yang baik
