Job description for Stock Controller at Bali Staff Solutions
A Clothing Store in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Stock Controller (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock deliveries
Organize and maintain inventory in both factory and retail store
Ensure stock quantities are accurately updated and synchronized in Shopify and POS systems
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or issues
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Prepare stock for distribution to relevant departments
Coordinate with internal teams for stock allocation and movement
Manage and track consignment deliveries and receipts
Monitor consignment stock levels and sales performance
Prepare inventory and stock reports for management
Assist in improving stock accuracy and inventory management processes
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen
Proven working experience as a Stock Controller similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Familiarity with Shopify and POS systems is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
