Job description for Stock Controller at THE PARALIAN ULUWATU

Receive and inspect all incoming goods based on invoice, delivery note, or brand list.
Verify SKU, size, color, quantity, and item condition.
Perform quality control on all items before they are displayed or sold.
Enter all stock into the system on the same day and apply the correct tags/labels.
Handle the Accurate account and ensure all stock, sales, consignment, and inventory updates are accurately entered into Accurate.
Separate store-owned stock and consignment stock in the system.
Keep the stockroom and display area organized and easy to count.
Monitor high-risk items such as jewelry and perfume.
Conduct daily stock checks and regular stock counts.
Match physical stock with the system and report any missing, damaged, incorrect, or extra items.
Prepare stock and consignment reports for management or brands.
Handle consignment returns according to procedure.
Handle all matters related to Waits Wear, including stock monitoring, updates, reporting, and coordination with tailor and production as required.
Immediately report failed QC items, suspected loss, theft, or unauthorized stock movement.
Not authorized to make stock adjustments, removals, or write-offs without management approval
