STOCK & SHIPMENT COORDINATOR

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: IDR 3,750,000 – 4,500,000/month

Depending on experience and qualifications

We are looking for a Stock & Shipment Coordinator to join our garment production team.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and preferably has experience in warehouse, stock control, or shipment handling, especially within the garment, fashion, or textile industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 Count, organize, and maintain finished garments in the stockroom.

 Monitor and record incoming and outgoing stock.

 Check finished goods against packing lists and order details.

 Prepare, fold, tag, pack, and organize finished garments for customer orders.

 Ensure the correct quantity, size, color, style, and product details are prepared for each shipment.

 Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and basic shipment documents.

 Coordinate with the production, warehouse, administration, and logistics teams to ensure orders are ready for shipment on schedule.

 Coordinate with courier or freight forwarders when required.

 Ensure shipments are properly packed, labelled, and ready for collection or dispatch.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.

 Assist with regular stock counts and stock reconciliation.

 Report stock discrepancies, missing items, or shipment errors to the relevant person.

 Keep the stockroom organized, clean, and properly arranged.

 Perform other stock and shipment-related tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse, stock, inventory, or shipment handling.

 Experience in a garment, fashion, or textile factory/warehouse is highly preferred.

 Familiar with basic stock control and warehouse procedures.

 Able to check products carefully against packing lists and order details.

 Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

 Good attention to detail and accuracy.

 Organized, responsible, and reliable.

 Able to work independently and as part of a team.

 Willing to perform hands-on warehouse and packing activities when required.

 Good English communication skills.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
