Job description for Steward at Mitte

Tanggung Jawab

  • Membersihkan peralatan makan, alat masak, dan perlengkapan kitchen
  • Menjaga kebersihan area dapur, gudang, dan area kerja lainnya
  • Mengoperasikan mesin pencuci piring dan peralatan kebersihan dengan benar
  • Memastikan seluruh peralatan tersimpan rapi dan siap digunakan
  • Membuang sampah dan menjaga sanitasi area kerja
  • Membantu tim kitchen dalam menjaga standar kebersihan dan keamanan makanan
  • Mematuhi SOP kebersihan, kesehatan, dan keselamatan kerja

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
  • Pengalaman sebagai Steward/restoran/hotel menjadi nilai tambah
  • Rajin, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun individu
  • Bersedia bekerja shift, weekend, dan hari libur
  • Memiliki fisik yang sehat dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan yang cepat
