The Island Sports Club, Bali’s premier destination for padel, fitness, and wellness, is looking for dedicated Steward staff to join our growing team.

The Island Sports Club operates across multiple stunning locations in Bali, including Cemagi, Berawa, Uluwatu, and Gili T. Our mission is to create a community-driven space where sports enthusiasts come together for competition, wellness, and fun. From world-class padel tournaments to holistic wellness experiences, we aim to be more than just a sports club—we are a lifestyle destination.
We are currently preparing for the opening of our newest restaurant concept, Island Kitchen Uluwatu, scheduled to open in August 2026. We are looking for passionate individuals to become part of our Pre-Opening Team and help us build an exciting dining experience from the ground up.
Placement & Training
This position will be based at Island Kitchen Uluwatu.
As part of the pre-opening preparation, selected candidates must be willing to undergo training at The Island Sports Canggu branch before the official opening and operations in Uluwatu.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a steward, cleaner, or kitchen support staff in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality environments.
- Teamwork: Able to work well with kitchen staff, service staff, and other team members.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during events and busy hours.
- Attention to Detail: Able to maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards consistently.
- Responsibility: Reliable, disciplined, and able to follow operational procedures properly.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and handling cleaning duties.
- Must be based in Bali.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Steward, you will play an important role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and operational support for the kitchen and service areas.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, plates, glasses, and cooking tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas.
- Support kitchen and service teams during operational hours.
- Handle waste disposal and maintain sanitation standards.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
- Support operations during events, tournaments, and busy periods.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
