PT Meja Tiga Rasa is a Bali-based hospitality company operating Maison Almaz — a Mediterranean restaurant and shisha lounge located in the heart of Canggu, Bali.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Waiter/Waitress to become a core member of our front-of-house team at Maison Almaz.
What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and maintain the dining area to a high standard before, during, and after each service.
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely order delivery throughout service.
- Handle payments, manage table turnovers efficiently, and proactively support the team during peak hours.
- Assist in guiding and supporting daily workers to maintain consistent service standards across the floor.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or lounge setting.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional with a strong guest-first attitude and a high sense of accountability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic to intermediate English.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays with a reliable and positive attitude under pressure.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fine dining, lounge, or Mediterranean/international restaurant environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and standard cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairing or Mediterranean cuisine.
- Proven ability to handle guest complaints professionally and turn them into positive experiences.
