Job description for Staff Teknik Sipil at PT Betjik Djojo

Kualifikasi :

Minimal S1 teknik sipil
Berpengalaman sebagai pengawas pekerjaan sipil minimal 2 tahun
Dapat menggambar dan desain menggunakan Autocad, dan aplikasi design yang lain.
Dapat mengestimasi biaya pembangunan
Dapat membuat standarisasi bangunan baik bahan baku, alat kerja dan metode pekerjaan.
Bersedia ditugaskan luar kota bila diperlukan

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

1. Proyek oleh vendor

Survey dan melakukan pengukuran lokasi serta analisa kebutuhan proyek
Gambar sesuai kebutuhan dan presentasikan
Membuat pengajuan PR dan pantau sampai approve
Koordinasi dengan vendor terkait teknis pekerjaannya
Siapkan permit dan koordinasi dengan dept lain terkait pelaksanaan
Awasi setiap tahap pembangunan yang dikerjakan dan pastikan sesuai
Cek dan opname pekerjaan jika sudah selesai

2. Proyek mandiri

Menganalisa kebutuhan yang diperlukan
Meakukan pengadaan material, bisa BS atau dari gudang
Menyiapkan tim perbaikan gedung untuk pengerjaannya.
Mengawasi dan memastikan pekerjaannya sudah sesuai
Dokumentasikan setiap progresnya dan laporkan ke atasan
