Job description for Staff Stewardship Pertanian at PT Qualita Indonesia
Key responsibilities:
▪ Implement & Promote stewardship programs, create visibility of industry programs and
enhance their impact.
▪ Implement trainings to promote PPE Stewardship regarding the appropriate, safe, and
sustainable use of personal protective equipment (PPE) through education, monitoring, and
waste reduction of the portfolio of FMC products with main focus in Carbosulfan.
▪ Promote the IPM (Integrated Pest Management) practice to ensure that all control tactics,
including pesticides, are used at the proper time and to reduce pest damage to acceptable
levels
▪ Maintain strong working relationships with selected governmental and non-governmental in
Indonesia
▪ Developing/maintaining training and information materials.
▪ Education and Training: Implementing comprehensive training for local growers in
Indonesia
Required profile:
▪ S1 Agriculture, 1 year work experience in agriculture development with a preferred focus on crop protection
stewardship
▪ Completed a university education relevant for the position.
▪ Experience training growers and with excellent communication skills with them
▪ Fluent in English
▪ A self-starter able to motivate others; is diligent persistent and committed.
▪ A proven ability to work in a team-oriented proactive way and to drive groups to alignment.
▪ Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills.
▪ Open-minded and able to work effectively in culturally diverse environment
