Job description for Staff Retail :
Minimun D3/S1 especially English Literature, English Education, Marketing, or anything else for sales-representative roles
Good English communication skills (mandatory)
Age limit 25 up to 30 years old
Some experience preferred: e.g., 1-3 years in retail, customer service or jewellery sales
Fresh graduated may be accepted sin some roles provided they have good skills
Strong customer service orientation (friendly, helpful, approachable)
Sales-oriented: ability to understand customer need, explain jewellery products (materials, designs)
Good presentation / personal appearance: neat, professional, good grooming. E.g., some listings say “good looking, cheerful, positive”.
Discipline, responsibility, able to work in shifts including weekends/public holidays.
Detail-oriented: jewellery retail often involves handling small items, verifying quality, managing stock, handling payment/transactions.
Team player but also able to work individually when needed.
