Job description for Staff Research and Development Kosmetik at Asway Group
PT Mash Moshem Indonesia is is a fast-growing private label cosmetic manufacturer established in 2011. We’ve worked with 1800+ beauty brands across Indonesia, reating products that inspire millions of beauty enthusiasts. We are expanding our team and looking for Research & Development (R&D) Staff to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and improve cosmetic formulations
- Conduct laboratory trials, stability tests, and product evaluations
- Prepare formulation documentation and technical reports
- Stay updated with cosmetic trends, raw materials, and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetic R&D (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and formulations
- Familiar with BPOM regulations and cosmetic GMP is a plus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Able to work independently and in a team
