Job description for Staff QMR at PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia

PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia membutuhkan kandidat terbaik untuk mengisi posisi Staf QMR, yang bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan berjalannya sistem manajemen mutu di perusahaan; melakukan audit dan tindakan lainnya yang dibutuhkan untuk memastikan berjalannya sistem tersebut. Tanggung Jawab Utamanya adalah :

Berkoordinasi dengan departemen produksi dalam membuat sistem yang sesuai dengan sistem manajemen yang berlaku.
Memastikan prosedur kerja dijalankan dengan baik, sesuai dengan apa yang sudah di sepakati di dalam dokumen sistem manajemen.
Melaksanakan internal audit, untuk melihat implementasi ISO di lapangan, mengawal dan memonitor tindakan perbaikan yang diambil dan sekaligus melaporkan kepada top manajemen mengenai hasil internal audit dan tindak lanjutnya.

Untuk dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai kandidat, hal yang harus dipenuhi adalah :

Pendidikan minimal D3 (diutamakan Kimia/Teknik Kimia/Teknik Industri).
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang terkait.
Memahami ISO dan cara penerapannya.
Cepat dalam beradaptasi dan mempelajari hal baru.
Bersedia bekerja di daerah KIMSTAR, Tanjung Morawa.
