Job description for Staff Purchasing at PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end purchasing process (PR to PO)
2. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors
4. Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery
5. Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
6. Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Production, Finance)
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree in any relevant field
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in garment or manufacturing industry
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
5. Familiar with ERP system is an advantage
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
