Job description for Staff Purchasing at PT Sinarindo Megantara

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, Akuntansi, Teknik Industri, Logistik, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Staff Purchasing/Procurement lebih diutamakan.
Memahami proses purchasing/procurement mulai dari permintaan pembelian, pencarian vendor, quotation, negosiasi, pembuatan PO, hingga monitoring pengiriman.
Mampu melakukan perbandingan harga, kualitas, dan lead time dari beberapa vendor.
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik dengan vendor maupun internal perusahaan.
Teliti dalam memeriksa harga, quantity, spesifikasi barang, quotation, PO, invoice, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya.
Mampu melakukan verifikasi harga dan memastikan kesesuaian antara quotation, PO, dan invoice.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, dan familiar dengan software.
Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan dokumentasi yang baik.
Mampu melakukan follow-up order dan memonitor status pengiriman.
Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan pemecahan masalah.
Jujur, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, teliti, dan memiliki integritas tinggi.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline.

Sinarindo Megantara has ceased its furniture production and focuses its business in warehouse renting space with additional service of weighing scale for trucks.

In May 2012, we opened our first Showroom with the brand Toscana Home Store. A year later, we opened our second Showroom in the West of Surabaya. Toscana Home Store management is under the company name PT. Toscana Mulia, which is a subsidiary company of PT. Sinarindo Megantara. Toscana Home Store’s vision is to “focus in enriching people’s life through luxurious and elegant furniture”.
