Job description for Staff Purchasing at Bali Culinary Pastry School

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Menerima dan memproses permintaan pembelian dari setiap departemen.
Membandingkan harga dan kualitas dari beberapa vendor.
Membuat Purchase Order (PO) dan memastikan pengiriman sesuai jadwal.
Melakukan follow up ke vendor terkait status pemesanan.
Menjaga dan memperbarui data vendor.
Membuat laporan pembelian secara rutin.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang purchasing menjadi nilai tambah.
Teliti, jujur, dan mampu bernegosiasi dengan baik.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel).
Penempatan Tabanan, Bali
